Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield at 6740 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio.

I currently have a plan with anthem blue cross blue shield and I had some questions about a preauthorization. I just have to say that the customer service I received on the phone was the most courteous and on the whole "best" I've ever had dealing with an insurance company. I don't usually leave reviews, but this was such a stand out, I had too. Too many people only leave bad reviews, it's worth it to leave a good one. I wish I knew the representative's name.

Great Medical Insurance Company

You call your health provider because medical service has gotten so ridiculously high you don't want to waste their money or your money . So you are feeling bad, call them and want to speak with a nurse . can we have your member number...ok...what is your name...ok...what is your birth date...ok...what is your phone number...ok...what is your address...please, if I didn't have a need in the first place I wouldn't have called. You go on and on and on when all you needed to do was say no, we won't or can't help you. Instead you waste my time and minutes on my phone asking questions for what is already in front of you when you pulled up the members number. to verify that it is me? ok, I will buy that but really? You aren't prescribing medicine, you aren't operating , you are giving some small amount of advice to someone who wanted to know if his sugar readings he was told to monitor is with-in specified limits. ????? What a precious waste of time you people are. Then you have the nerve to charge me for this service and set up a deal with SSI to pull your money automatically before I even see it and I don't even want your service because of stuff like this.
